Taqnia

Taqnia is a 43.2-metre scientific vessel designed to conduct oceanographic research and scientific campaigns in the waters of Saudi Arabia.

She features wet, dry, and communications laboratories, as well as a gantry crane and winches for deploying probes, nets, and specialized equipment, including Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs).

With accommodation for 29 people and an endurance of 21 days, she is a reliable, versatile, and fully equipped platform for high-level marine research.
